   Hi there
   Having recently watched your casting vid on YouTube it got me to thinking I might have found a useful place to donate a load of scrap aluminium (?) castings. I currently work in a school which has replaced a fair quantity of computers. I have recovered the neodymium magnets but have no real purpose for the resulting considerable amount of alloy casting and rather than simply dumping them in the recycling skip I wonder if they are of any interest to you? I have about 200 of the castings and coincidentally will be in Llandovery in mid August to help run an off road motor bike rally in the nearby forests – an ideal chance to transport them from where I live just south of Birmingham!
   Let me know if this is of any interest or alternatively if not I can find some other way to dispose of them.

   Hi Michael,
   That sounds really good :) I think the shell of HDD is a nice alloy for casting too.
